We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Experience in clerical duties
- Knowledge of medical office procedures (nice-to-have)
- Office management experience (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Front desk management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experience as a personal assistant (nice-to-have)
- Proficient in calendar management

Signing Bonus $1,500!
For the right candidate, we will guarantee pay for first month.
For Master Technicians with experience on Domestic and Foreign vehicles may earn more pay, bonus' and escalated opportunity for advancement.

- ASE or equivalent brand certifications increase value
- Automotive Technician Requirements
- Must have tools necessary to perform automotive repairs and diagnosis
- Provide superior customer service
- Clean driver's license - We do background checks
