As we grow, our team grows! At Right Price Auto, we are looking for self motivated individuals to join our service department.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Writer that is interested in growth, and an opportunity to lead.

  • To be willing to go the extra mile with customers in challenging situations;
  • Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
  • Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
  • Responsible for 9 service bay, with 4 Technicians and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule to ensure efficiency
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, and be able to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management

  • Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor/Writer

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs upon occasion

    • Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision
    • Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
    • Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
    • ASE Certifications
